Court Monitor – will work directly with our guests to provide friendly and professional assistance while reinforcing Big Air safety regulations. Must be available to work weekends (closing) and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Ensure safety of guests by supervising children and adults 
• Communicate safety rules with guests when necessary 
• Provide outstanding customer service with a cheerful attitude 
• Monitor court that is assigned while enforcing specific courts rules
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility 

Qualifications: 

• Positive, cheerful, and outgoing personality 
• Capable of standing for long periods of time 
• Able to work in a fast pace environment 
• In case of an emergency, court monitors must be First Aid and CPR certified
• If an accident occurs, court monitor will inform a supervisor or manager and follow Big Air policies 

Cashier Admissions – will directly work with our guests to provide information and assistance in a friendly and professional manner. Admission cashiers will process sales transactions for sales admissions in the POS system. Must be available to work weekends (closing) and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Greet and welcome guests 
• Provide information about waiver requirements and assist guests when needed 
• Answer any questions about prices, special deals, rules, regulations, and general inquiries 
• Enter POS transaction accurately and time efficiently 
• Able to calmly manage customer complaints and effectively resolve stressful situations 

Qualifications: 

• Positive, cheerful, and outgoing personality 
• Capable of standing for long periods of time 
• Must be able to manage cash and accurately give correct change 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment 

Cashier Concessions – will directly work with our guests to serve hot food, snacks, and beverages while always maintaining standard health code regulations. Concessions cashiers will process sales transactions from the kitchen in the POS system. Must be available to work weekends (closing) and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Greet and welcome guests 
• Provide information about concession options, prices, and general inquiries 
• Enter POS transaction accurately and time efficiently 
• Take correct orders and accurately give estimation of wait time 
• Prepare guest orders time efficiently 
• Always maintain cleanliness of the kitchen  
• Restock inventory when needed 

Qualifications: 

• Positive, cheerful, and outgoing personality 
• Capable of standing for long periods of time 
• Must be able to manage cash and accurately give correct change
• Able to work in a faced paced environment 
• Food handler certified; ServeSafe or equivalent within 30 days of hiring.

Events Expeditor – will directly work with our events team and concession cashier to provide parties and guests with correct orders in a time efficient way. Must be available to work weekends (closing) and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Prepare party and guest food in a timely manner 
• Effectively communicate needs with cashier and party host 
• Ensure that food is prepared and cooked prior to the eat time 

Qualifications: 

• Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time 
• Must be able to multi-task 
• Must be efficient, fast working, and has to keep up with cook times
• Food handler certified; ServeSafe or equivalent within 30 days of hiring.

Party/Events Host – will create a fun environment and directly work with party guests to provide an exceptional experience. Hosts are a direct point of contact with “commander in chief” and must be available to work weekends (closing) and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome party guests 
• Communicate with “commander in chief” to make any corrections and/or additions to food order
• Set up and accommodate correct party room with decorations 
• Serve correct food and beverages 
• Ensure safety for party guests at all times
• Able to calmly manage party complaints and effectively resolve stressful situations

• Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time
