Description

Supervisor – will directly work with court monitors, cashiers, and managers to keep eyes and ears on the floor to keep the facility well-functioning. Must be available to work weekends (closing) and holidays. Tasked at ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Event floor and Employee activity.


Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure safety of guests by supervising children, adults, and employees 
  • Communicate safety rules with guests when necessary
  • Handle guest complaints while providing outstanding customer service with a cheerful attitude 
  • Monitor employees and ensure they are following safety regulations while monitoring their court 
  • Attend injured guests and accommodate their needs and concerns  
  • Provide time efficient breaks for employees 
  • Open and Close POS; cash in and cash out employees
  • Safety Inspections
  • Accident Prevention and Intervention if one occurs


Qualifications: 

  • Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time 
  • Must be able to multi-task 
  • Must have good communication and time management skill
  • First Aid and CPR certified preferred or willing to certify
  • ServSafe certified preferred or willing to certify
  • Previous FEC work experience preferred but not required
