BH Zion LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Scrum Master to lead Agile processes for one or more of our dynamic Scrum Teams, ensuring that delivery and releases align with organizational objectives. This role is crucial for fostering the ongoing development of our teams and enhancing the development process, product quality, and overall work output. The ideal candidate will serve as a guide and coach, empowering our Scrum Teams towards continuous improvement and success.

Hiring: FTE or 1099
- Lead and facilitate Agile methodologies and Scrum practices for multiple cross-functional Scrum teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Drive the continuous improvement of development processes, product quality, and team productivity by fostering collaboration, innovation, and performance enhancement.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the Scrum Team on all Agile processes to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks or obstacles to project success.
- Experience using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, VersionOne, Rallye, TFS, Trello, etc)
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to the position.
- At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in Scrum or Agile environments.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or SSM) required.
- Agile Foundations Certified Professional (AFCP) preferred.
Location: Various client sites throughout the state of Maryland.
