We are currently seeking an experienced Project Control Specialist to oversee and manage the structural and technical aspects of our projects. This role is crucial for ensuring our projects, particularly those comparable to our client'’s enterprise-wide implementations, are delivered effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing Enterprise Architecture and managing projects with significant organizational change components.

Hiring: FTE or 1099
- Oversee the project management processes and ensure adherence to industry best practices and methodologies.
- Develop and implement Enterprise Architecture solutions that address Infrastructure, Technology, and Application requirements.
- Lead projects that involve significant organizational change management, collaborating with stakeholders from various departments.
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects within scope and budget, meeting the expectations of both the organization and clients.
- Create and manage detailed project documentation, plans, and reports to track progress and ensure successful project outcomes.
Your Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management within IT environments. Must have led at least three (3) successful projects comparable in scale to State of Maryland enterprise-wide implementations.
- A solid track record of at least five (5) years in designing Enterprise Architecture and at least three (3) years in managing significant organizational change management projects.
- Certifications: Must possess PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. ITIL certification is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in using PMBoK methodologies and producing relevant artifacts.
