BH Zion LLC is actively searching for a motivated Jr. Product Owner to act as a primary stakeholder of one or more of our client's products. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into precise product requirements and effectively communicating these to the Scrum Team. This role involves maintaining a prioritized list of product features and collaborating closely with the Scrum Master to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.

Hiring: FTE or 1099
- Serve as a key stakeholder for the product, guiding its vision and roadmap.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements for the Scrum Team.
- Maintain and prioritize the product feature list to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure effective achievement of product goals.
- Engage with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and product alignment.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialty from an accredited college or university is required.
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field may be considered.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in product management is required.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred.
- Agile Foundations Certified Professional (AFCP) preferred.
Location: Various client sites throughout the state of Maryland.
