BH Zion LLC is seeking a dedicated Junior Agile Coach to provide expert consulting, coaching, and training on Agile practices aimed at enhancing our client’s Agile software development (SDLC) methodologies. The ideal candidate will identify organizational obstacles to successful Agile transformation and work diligently to resolve them. This role may also involve managing others and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Agile practices.

Hiring: FTE or 1099
- Provide expert consulting, coaching, and training on Agile methodologies to improve software development practices.
- Identify and address organizational impediments to successful Agile transformation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile processes and practices within the organization.
- May involve managing and leading others in the adoption of Agile methodologies.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field may be considered.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Agile environments.
- Agile Foundations Certified Professional (AFCP) preferred.
Location: Various client sites throughout the state of Maryland.
