Description

The Adjunct Psychotherapist Program at BGT PLLC offers a unique, benefits-focused employment model for fully licensed private practice therapists in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. This W-2, salaried position requires therapists to independently manage and maintain a modest caseload under BGT’s operating systems. The role is designed to be a secondary income source, with the primary value being access to premium, employer-subsidized benefits typically unavailable to solo practitioners, including a platinum health plan, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match. While maintaining professional autonomy and the private practices they have worked hard to establish, Adjunct Psychotherapists adhere to BGT's policies and standards of care. Conditional upon meeting specific performance and revenue metrics, Adjunct Psychotherapists are given a commensurate fixed salary and are eligible for benefits.
