As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across print, digital, and social media platforms.

 

Job Summary:

 

As the Marketing Director for Beyonder Camp, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and generating campground bookings for our outdoor hospitality properties. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of marketing, from assessing the marketing needs of our properties to developing strategic marketing plans, budgeting, executing campaigns, and measuring their success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  - Assess the marketing needs of all properties and the parent company.

  - Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans, aligning them with business objectives.

  - Create a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses print, digital, and social media marketing channels.

 

2. Budget Management:

  - Utilize data-driven insights to establish marketing budgets.

  - Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive bookings.

 

3. Campaign Management:

  - Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.

  - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

 

4. Measurement and Optimization:

  - Implement tools and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

  - Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance conversion ratios.

 

5. Return on Investment (ROI):

  - Monitor the performance of marketing efforts to ensure a positive ROI.

  - Adjust strategies as needed to enhance company and sales growth.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Proven experience in marketing leadership, ideally in the hospitality or outdoor industry.

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

This position can be based in Denver, Colorado, or remote for the right candidate, offering. Beyonder Camp is committed to providing competitive compensation, with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
