**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing helpful information and answering any questions.

- Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met during their stay.

- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

- Plan and execute activities and events to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.

- Address and resolve any guest issues or complaints, striving for excellent customer service.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of BEYONDER Camp offerings, including accommodations, activities, and local attractions.

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
