At Bex Certified Cleaning Services LLC, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team on a contractor basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities for our cleaning services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Generate leads and cold call potential clients to introduce our services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the cleaning services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Salary Range: $1000 to $2000 per month
Quarterly bonus
Hotel and expense reimbursement
