As a QSP, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental, medical, and/or physical needs. You will help clients with daily living tasks, ensure a safe environment, and promote independence and personal growth.

Description
Responsibilities – QSP
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility
- Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Accompany clients on community outings and appointments
- Monitor behaviors and support emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication logs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with home care or supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Willingness to learn complex care tasks (training provided)
- CPR Certificate

Salary
$17 - $20 per hour
