As a DSP, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental, medical, and/or physical needs. You will help clients with daily living tasks, ensure a safe environment, and promote independence and personal growth.

Description

Responsibilities – Complex DSP

In addition to regular duties:


  • Support clients with advanced medical conditions (e.g., spinal cord injury, neuromuscular conditions)
  • Provide care related to:
  • G/J Tube feeds
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilator management (with RN supervision)
  • Collaborate with the nursing team for care planning and emergencies
  • Follow detailed care plans and safety protocols


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • URGENTLY hiring
  • CNA Preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience with home care or supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred)
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Willingness to learn complex care tasks (training provided)


Salary

$18 - $22 per hour
