• Support clients with advanced medical conditions (e.g., spinal cord injury, neuromuscular conditions)
• Provide care related to:
• G/J Tube feeds
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator management (with RN supervision)
• Collaborate with the nursing team for care planning and emergencies
• Follow detailed care plans and safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• URGENTLY hiring
• CNA Certified
• CPR Certified
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with home care or supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Willingness to learn complex care tasks (training provided)
