This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse (RN). The ideal candidate will be compassionate, attentive, and eager to learn. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
Catheter change after bowel movement
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Monitor clients for changes in physical or emotional condition and report to supervising nurse
Follow care plans developed by the nurse or care coordinator
Support clients with medication reminders (no medication administration)
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Uphold client privacy, dignity, and respect at all times
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Male applicant preferred
CNA preferred
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Must complete agency-provided caregiver training upon hire
CPR and First Aid certification required (must be obtained before or during onboarding)
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
Must pass a background check and health screening
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
