We offer clinician-prescribed psychedelic therapies for those wanting to experience an alternative to traditional medications. Our program supports individuals looking to improve their mental health and achieve long-term success!

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential clients across multiple states.
• Contact website leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and onboarded clients.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide timely reports.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience.
• Exceptional empathy and understanding of human behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work one weekend day per week.
