About the Role

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy sessions via telehealth
  • Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to determine patient eligibility for services; you are compensated for every completed appointment regardless of eligibility outcome
  • Administer and oversee ketamine-assisted therapy for clinically eligible patients, in compliance with applicable clinical, DEA, and state-specific standards and under appropriate clinical protocols
  • Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical team to develop holistic, individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain full compliance with HIPAA, DEA regulations, state medical board requirements, and all applicable clinical regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EHR system


What We Are Looking For

  • Active PMHNP licensure in at least one of the following: California, Indiana, or Georgia, — multi-state licensure strongly preferred
  • Active DEA registration with Schedule III prescribing authority and active licensure in at least five additional states
  • Minimum three years of experience in psychiatric care, medication management, or telehealth clinical settings
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a warm, genuinely patient-centered approach to care
  • Experience or interest in integrative medicine or ketamine-assisted therapy is a plus
  • Reliable remote work setup and the ability to work independently while staying connected and collaborative with the clinical team


Schedule and Compensation

  • Part-time contractor, starting at 10 hours/week with room to grow to full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Must clock in for a minimum of 1 hour per day, 5 days per week to ensure continuity of patient care
  • Paid per completed appointments, chart review, and training sessions — compensation is provided regardless of patient eligibility outcome
