This is a full-time, in-office Nurse Practitioner Lead role, with approximately 30–35 hours/week of direct patient care and 5 hours/week of operational and leadership responsibilities. As the NP Lead, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care while also onboarding, training, and supporting a growing team of clinicians. About the job

This is a full-time, in-office Nurse Practitioner Lead role, with approximately 30–35 hours/week of direct patient care and 5 hours/week of operational and leadership responsibilities. As the NP Lead, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care while also onboarding, training, and supporting a growing team of clinicians. You will work closely with the Medical Director on clinical escalations and quality of care, helping patients achieve balance and better mental health across multiple states.


What You’ll Be Doing (Lead Responsibilities)

In addition to a full NP clinical caseload, you will:

  • Clinical Care (30–35 hrs/week)
  • Provide psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy sessions via telehealth.
  • Administer and oversee at-home ketamine therapy for eligible patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic, integrative treatment plans.
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and all clinical/regulatory standards.
  • Leadership & Operations (≈5 hrs/week)
  • Onboarding & Training
  • Develop and lead onboarding plans for new NPs and clinicians.
  • Conduct shadowing sessions (new hires shadow you; you shadow them) to ensure clinical quality and alignment with protocols.
  • Facilitate initial and ongoing training on telehealth best practices, at-home ketamine protocols, documentation standards, and patient communication.
  • Clinical Escalations & Support
  • Assist the Medical Director with clinical escalations, including complex cases, safety concerns, and medication questions.
  • Serve as a first-line clinical resource for NPs with questions about protocols, treatment plans, or challenging cases.
  • Help standardize clinical pathways and SOPs in collaboration with the Medical Director.
  • Quality, Workflows & Ops
  • Review documentation, visit quality, and protocol adherence; provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Identify workflow gaps and partner with operations/clinical leadership to refine processes, templates, and guidelines.
  • Participate in or lead case reviews, team huddles, and training sessions.


What We’re Looking For

  • Licensure & Experience
  • Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP preferred) with active license in Indiana (or core state) and
  • willingness to obtain and maintain licensure in 15–20 states (with company support).
  • DEA license and active licensure in at least five states to start, with appetite to expand.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in psychiatric and/or telehealth settings, ideally including some lead/senior/mentor responsibilities.
  • Skills & Attributes
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort with complex, high-acuity or nuanced cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and train other clinicians.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach to care.
  • Highly organized, able to balance 30–35 hours of clinical work with operational and leadership tasks.
  • Experience or interest in integrative medicine, weight loss, or alternative therapies is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, in-office environment, while collaborating with remote teammates and patients.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, in-office Nurse Practitioner Lead
  • Clinical Time: ~30–35 hours/week of patient care
  • Operational/Leadership Time: ~5 hours/week for onboarding, training, shadowing, escalations, and process work
  • Clinical supervision and partnership with the Medical Director.
  • Administrative and operational support for multi-state licensure and scheduling.
