The Role We are hiring a Clinical & Employer Partnerships Associate to drive two of our highest-impact growth channels on behalf of the medical and mental health groups we support: KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy) provider and therapist network development — building structured referral and co-care partnerships with licensed mental health professionals and clinics B2B employer benefits outreach — identifying and closing partnerships with HR teams, benefits managers, and corporate wellness decision-makers to offer Better U-supported care as an employee benefit This is an in-office role in Los Angeles. You will work directly alongside the MSO leadership team, executing on outbound strategy while helping build the playbooks that scale our partnership programs nationally.

What You’ll Own


  • Employer benefits pipeline: Identify, pitch, and close relationships with HR teams, benefits managers, brokers, and corporate wellness decision-makers who can offer Better U-supported services to their employee populations
  • KAP & therapist network development: Source and build relationships with KAP providers, licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and mental health practices to create structured referral pipelines for the medical groups we support
  • Provider & clinic outreach: Engage clinics, wellness centers, and behavioral health organizations as referral and integration partners
  • Influencer & creator partnerships: Connect with health, wellness, and mental health voices for co-marketing and audience alignment with the medical groups’ missions
  • Outbound pipeline ownership: Research and build target lists; execute outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and social; follow up consistently and own every stage through CRM
  • Partnership collateral support: Help develop pitch decks, one-pagers, email sequences, and call scripts in coordination with leadership and marketing
  • Agreements & coordination: Support the operationalization of partnership agreements in coordination with MSO leadership, legal, and operational teams
  • Performance tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records and report on KPIs, including meetings completed, conversions, and partner-attributed growth, etc.


You’re the Right Person If...


  • You have at least 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare partnerships, EAP/benefits sales, or clinical network outreach — behavioral health, telehealth, or wellness experience is a strong plus
  • You have sold to or partnered with HR departments, benefits brokers, group mental health practices, or clinical referral networks — you understand how these decisions get made and who makes them
  • You’re a natural connector who moves comfortably between a therapist’s world and a corporate boardroom
  • You’re organized, pipeline-obsessed, and take follow-up as seriously as the opening pitch
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment — you iterate, learn fast, and keep moving
  • You have a genuine passion for mental health innovation, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and expanding access to breakthrough treatments — this isn’t just a job to you, it’s a mission
