What You Will Own

As the operational backbone of Better U, Inc., you are not here to oversee from a distance. You are here to build, execute, and lead from the front, strictly within the scope of non-clinical MSO services. That means:

  • Managing all non-clinical staff: administrative teams, care coordination support personnel, and client success staff, all operating exclusively within non-clinical, administrative functions
  • Owning all KPIs and performance metrics across every administrative team you touch: you set the standards, track the numbers, report the results, and drive continuous improvement
  • Administrative insurance coordination: supporting non-clinical administrative workflows related to insurance operations and credentialing documentation in partnership with third-party credentialing vendors
  • Vendor and partner relationships: owning contracts, performance, and day-to-day management of all third-party vendors, technology partners, and supply chain partners
  • Employee benefits and HR corporate partnerships and people operations infrastructure for the Better U, Inc. team
  • Compliance workflows: ensuring clean and documented separation of all MSO administrative functions from the independent clinical practices we support, in accordance with CPOM, HIPAA, FMV, and all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Administrative scheduling and logistics coordination: facilitating non-clinical scheduling and administrative logistics in support of the independent clinician network, strictly within the boundaries of executed MSO services agreements
  • MSO services agreement execution: ensuring all non-clinical services delivered under MSO agreements are documented, compliant, and operating at the highest standard

You will identify operational gaps, build solutions, and execute with precision. You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, ever.

About Better U

Better U, Inc. is a wellness technology and administrative services company that supports independent licensed clinicians who may offer a range of mental health and wellness services to their patients, including ketamine-assisted therapy administered in compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards, holistic psychiatry, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and psychotherapy. Better U, Inc. does not provide clinical care, does not prescribe medications, and does not direct or supervise the clinical decisions of any independent licensed clinician.

Better U was founded with a singular, urgent purpose: to help prevent suicide. What began as a mission to save lives has grown into something even larger, a comprehensive wellness platform designed to help people feel better, heal deeper, and unlock their true potential. We are building the administrative infrastructure that supports independent licensed clinicians in delivering transformative care, and we are just getting started.

To Be a Strong Fit, You Embody Our Core Values

Ruthless Prioritization: Progress over perfection, always. You know the difference between what matters and what just feels urgent, and you act accordingly.

Patient First, Always: Every system we build and every decision we make is filtered through one question: is this good for the person on the other side of the care?

One Team, Moving Fast: No silos. We gather diverse perspectives, clear paths for each other, and communicate with clarity and respect. We move together or we do not move at all.

Radical Ownership, Relentless Execution: We own outcomes, not just tasks. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is missing, you build it.

Mission Over Ego: We leave ego at the door. Honesty, transparency, and respect are non-negotiable.

Sustained Integrity in Every Detail: Accuracy is not optional. We earn trust by obsessing over quality and precision in everything we do.
