What You Will Own

You will manage the full operational infrastructure of Better U Clinical, including clinical support teams, care coordination, provider relations, compliance workflows, and patient experience systems. You will support and coordinate with our network of independent licensed providers, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional care. You will identify operational gaps, build solutions, and execute with precision. You will be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, ever.

To Be a Strong Fit, You Embody Our Core Values

Ruthless Prioritization Progress over perfection, always. We move quickly to drive real impact and we never compromise on clinical or operational standards of excellence. You know the difference between what matters and what just feels urgent, and you act accordingly.

Patient First, Always Every system we build, every process we design, every decision we make is filtered through one question: is this good for the person on the other side of the care? We design and deliver like we are supporting someone we love. We prioritize responsiveness, peace of mind, and outcomes. We empower patients with truth, clarity, and genuine support.

One Team, Moving Fast We are aligned in purpose and speed. We gather diverse perspectives, clear paths for each other, and communicate with clarity and respect. There is no room for silos here. We move together or we do not move at all.

Radical Ownership, Relentless Execution We do not just manage tasks. We own outcomes. We act with urgency and precision, anticipate problems before they become crises, and meet every challenge with grit and pragmatism. We embrace technology and innovation to deliver better results for patients and providers alike.

Mission Over Ego We are ruthlessly aligned to why Better U Clinical exists and we leave ego at the door. We disagree openly and commit fully. We do not tolerate politics, information hoarding, or anything that slows down the people we are here to serve. Honesty, transparency, and respect are non-negotiable.

Sustained Integrity in Every Detail In clinical operations, accuracy is not optional. We earn trust by obsessing over quality, clarity, and precision in everything we do. We sweat the details because outcomes depend on them and because the people we support deserve nothing less.

Why You Will Love Working Here

Better U Clinical is not a traditional healthcare company. We are building the operational infrastructure that allows independent licensed providers to deliver the most advanced, personalized, and compassionate mental healthcare available anywhere. You will work alongside a team that genuinely believes in the mission, moves fast, and holds itself to an exceptionally high standard.

You will have real ownership from day one. You will see the direct impact of your work in the outcomes of the patients our providers serve. You will be part of something that is changing lives in ways that most healthcare companies never get close to.

Competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to help shape the future of mental healthcare. We are just getting started.
