Position Overview
Better Headspace is a trauma-informed private practice seeking licensed and pre-licensed therapists to join our team as W-2 employees. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, depth-oriented work, and a sustainable, well-supported caseload within a collaborative environment. This position includes in-office (Montgomeryville, PA) and hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults (or your preferred population)
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage a consistent caseload while maintaining quality of care
• Communicate effectively with clients and maintain professional boundaries
• Participate in consultation or team connection as desired
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
Requirements
• Licensed or pre-licensed therapist in Pennsylvania (LPC, LAPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, etc.)
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability
• Willingness to see clients in-office and/or hybrid
• Commitment to providing ethical, client-centered care
