Beta Staffing Service LLC is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. This is a full-time position located in Memphis, TN.

**Job Overview:**

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments to potential residents and providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. You will also assist with marketing efforts and maintaining positive relationships with current residents.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist potential residents with property tours and leasing information

- Process rental applications and lease agreements

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends

- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

- Assist with property marketing efforts, including creating online listings and hosting open houses

- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in leasing or sales preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
