Best Daze is seeking a personable and knowledgeable Budtenders to provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests in selecting cannabis products tailored to their preferences and needs. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, reliable, and possess strong communication skills. This role requires a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience. The role will include:
- Greet and engage with each guest warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Verify guests' identification and necessary paperwork in compliance with regulations.
- Assist guests in product selection by offering guidance based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dispensary environment.
- Perform various tasks including cleaning, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory to company standards.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale software, handling cash and debit transactions with precision.
- Conduct nightly cash drawer reconciliation to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide up-to-date information to guests.
- Maintain attractive and informative product displays by restocking and updating menus and signage.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to stand, walk, or remain stationary for entire shifts.
- Regular exposure to cannabis odors; handling of cannabis products required.
- Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, stooping, and wiping.
- Frequent handwashing and ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.

- Must be 21 years of age.
- Knowledge of cannabis products required.
- One year of hospitality or customer service experience required; cannabis industry experience preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic computer skills, Point of Sale software, and cash management.
- Basic mathematical and reading skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
