Overview: The Social Media Manager (“Role”) is a full-time employee and key member of the National Brand Team who reports directly to the Director of Brand and Digital. The Role is primarily responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s organic social media strategy across platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand, this role will play a key part in shaping the voice of Best Day Brewing across all social channels. You’ll work closely with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to develop engaging content, identify emerging trends, and drive the growth of our social presence. Responsibilities
- Know Your Business
- Stay informed about Best Day Brewing’s product portfolio, marketing materials, and campaigns, as well as key initiatives across the National and Business Unit marketing plans.
- Keep up with the latest social media channel and algorithm updates and trends to ensure that our strategies remain effective and competitive.
- Maintain expertise with Meta Business Suite and each platform’s unique content requirements and audience behaviors.
- Understand Best Day Brewing’s brand positioning and ensure all content aligns with our messaging and goals.
- Educate yourself on the brand’s social media performance metrics, reporting regularly on the success of campaigns.
- Provide monthly standardized marketing reports and presentations for the Director of Brand regarding Social Media’s marketing performance against the annual business plan.
- Own Your Business
- Develop, plan, and execute a weekly social media calendar across all organic channels, providing support for the ambassador team, new product launches, events, and promotions.
- Manage a social media content budget that optimizes resources aligned with brand and performance goals.
- Lead content creation efforts, including filming and editing where necessary, to produce engaging, high-quality social media content that resonates with our audience.
- Collaborate with brand ambassadors and influencers to ensure they have the resources and direction needed to effectively promote the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Brand, Graphic Designers, Content Creators, Performance Marketing, and Creative Production—to bring new and innovative ideas to life.
- Monitor platform traffic metrics, social SEO, and user engagement, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and drive performance.

- Identify and act on opportunities to grow Best Day Brewing’s social media following and increase engagement, staying proactive in suggesting new features, trends, and content ideas to elevate the brand.
- Analyze data from social channels and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to track progress against growth goals.
- Experiment with new content formats, emerging platforms, and trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Stay on top of relevant cultural events and trends that align with Best Day Brewing’s brand values, using them to inform content and strategy.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader company objectives.
