Bespoke Treatment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director to join our team of dedicated professionals at our integrative mental health program. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of clinical operations, including providing clinical supervision to staff, developing and implementing treatment programs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.


As the Clinical Director, you will play a critical role in leading our interdisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, occupational therapists, and yoga instructors, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with the medical director, operations director, and program directors to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the overall mission and goals of Bespoke Treatment.


In addition to clinical oversight, the Clinical Director will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing research, training, and development in the field of neuromodulation and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. You will also be responsible for leading the development and implementation of clinical protocols for TMS, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and other interventional treatments.

We offer a range of treatment programs, including PHP, IOP, and outpatient care, as well as interventional treatments such as TMS, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and biofeedback. Our IOP offers three tracks, including a virtual track, a track that focuses on psychedelic medicine using ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and a track that focuses on interventional psychiatry.
