Pencroft is a wholesale manufacturer of premium outdoor structures — pavilions, pergolas, gazebos, and more. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Production Team Member to join our shop floor team. In this role, you will work across multiple production stations, supporting fabrication, quality control, material management, and shop operations. You take pride in your craft, hold yourself to a high standard, and are the kind of person who notices what needs to be done — and does it.

Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Production & Workflow

  • Prioritize work orders based on deadlines and shop capacity
  • Complete cutlist tasks and coordinate material cutting
  • Update the production manager on material usage and needs


Equipment & Tool Maintenance

  • Perform routine maintenance checks on all shop tools and equipment
  • Operate and maintain the CNC machine
  • Monitor tool inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed


Documentation

  • Review work orders, verify measurements, and document completed work and deviations
  • Communicate paperwork issues to the Production Foreman and track production metrics


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3+ years in production, manufacturing, woodworking, fabrication, or construction
  • Familiarity with inventory management software
  • CNC machine operation experience preferred


Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
