Organizing in Berrien County a minimum of twenty-hours a week. Your job is to highlight the importance of voting, what candidates are on the ballot, and how they align with Berrien Forward's values.
Description
The Field Organizer will be responsible for canvassing at least 300 doors a week, providing weekly reports to the Field and Operations Director, and participating in weekly strategy sessions with the Executive Director and community leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to civic engagement, excellent time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Experience working in an administrative setting is preferred.
