As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients both in person and remotely
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus
