Position Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new client acquisition and close staffing contracts across multiple industries. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B clients across all service industries
  • Identify staffing needs and present tailored workforce solutions
  • Build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with recruiting teams to fulfill client needs
  • Manage client accounts and ensure long-term partnerships

Qualifications:


  • Proven B2B sales experience (staffing, recruiting, or service-based sales preferred)
  • Strong closing ability with a track record of hitting targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate leads and build a book of business from scratch
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Experience selling into healthcare, construction, logistics, or tech industries is a plus
