Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance activities for CNC machines and other essential equipment.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust preventive maintenance program.
  • Oversee the reliability team, ensuring effective resource allocation and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management to set maintenance priorities and project timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
  • Expertise in electrical systems, mechatronics, or similar fields.
  • Proven track record in reliability and maintenance leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
