We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient’s health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Previous experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
