The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Provide technical support to end users and assist with IT-related inquiries
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with the setup and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment inventory and software licenses
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding IT security and data protection
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
