Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on the worksite
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet project goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator in a construction or similar industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
