Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including engine problems, electrical malfunctions, brake issues, and more.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify vehicle problems accurately.
- Replace worn-out parts and components as needed, ensuring vehicles are safe and operational.
- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure they are functioning properly.
- Communicate with customers to explain diagnoses, recommend repairs, and provide estimates of costs and time required for repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred but not required.
