Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean up job sites before and after construction activities.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
- Support construction of structures, fixtures, and other industrial elements as directed.
- Comply with all on-site safety protocols and regulations.
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
