Key Responsibilities:

• Smooth and finish poured concrete floors, slabs, walls, tilt-walls, elevated slabs, and site work to specified quality.
• Spread concrete to a specified depth and consistency, using tools like straight edges, floats, trowels, and power screeds (including Riders and Laser screeds).
• Level, smooth, and shape surfaces of freshly poured concrete.
• Utilize power trowels to finish surfaces; rub and patch concrete as needed to meet quality standards.
• Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and supplies for each project.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning tasks for tools and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and guidelines on site.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete finishing.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools for concrete work, including floats, trowels, and screeds.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle materials and tools with care.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality concrete surfaces.
