We are seeking well-experienced Customer Service Experts who excel in providing outstanding service and support to clients. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring positive customer experiences and driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during boarding and departing from the bus.
- Collaborate with the bus driver to address the special needs of students.
- Participate in relevant training to enhance proficiency in student-related procedures.
- Observantly monitor and report any behavioral issues or concerns to the bus driver.
- Assist students with embarking and disembarking the bus, including operating the wheelchair lift for handicapped students.
- Provide necessary assistance to handicapped students as required.
- Stay updated on safety protocols and first aid procedures relevant to the job duties.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
- Familiarity with district policies, practices, and procedures related to the job responsibilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with drivers, school staff, and parents.
- Proficiency in operating the wheelchair lift.
- Successful completion of the Bus Driver Physical Performance Test (excluding Behind the Wheel).
- Mandatory CPR certification.
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily outdoors with moderate exposure to environmental/weather conditions.
- Occasional lifting or movement of items weighing up to fifty pounds.
- Role may involve stress associated with tasks requiring close attention and adherence to deadlines.
