Are you passionate about making a difference and working in a dynamic, community-focused environment? Bend Redmond Habitat for Humanity (BRHFH) is seeking enthusiastic ReStore Team Members to join our mission of building homes, communities, and hope!

About the Role: As a ReStore Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—supporting donations, cashiering, assisting customers, and managing loading/unloading. You’ll create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who enters our ReStore, from donors and volunteers to shoppers looking for unique finds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and ensure they have an outstanding experience.
• Support all areas of the ReStore, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
• Organize, display, and manage items on the sales floor with care and safety.
• Operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively and respond promptly to teammates’ requests.
• Follow all safety guidelines to keep the store safe for everyone.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet, moving around the facility.
• A true team player with a passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
