Receptionist

Location: East Lansing, Michigan In-office

Type: Part Time- 30-32 hours per week

Experience Level: Entry-Level 1-2 years

What You’ll Do

  • Greeting Clients
  • Answering phones
  • Processing mail – outgoing-incoming
  • Printing, scanning, and file maintenance
  • Contacting court staff
  • Follow up calls
  • Filing and maintenance of firm admin files
  • Inventory of office supplies monthly
  • Maintain lobby and conference rooms to always be client ready

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced receptionist (in a law office preferred)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • An ownership mindset someone who can take a project and see it through
  • Strong customer service skills, our clients are our top priority
  • Alignment with our FASTIE values and a team-first attitude

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $15.00 dollars per hour
  • Development and mentorship support


Salary

$15 - $15 per hour
