 Independent Contractor Terms

• This is a 1099 position, not employment
• Contractor maintains full control over performance style and delivery
• Contractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and licenses (if applicable)
• Contractor provides their own equipment unless otherwise agreed
• No employee benefits are provided
• Payment terms and rates are agreed upon prior to each booking

 Performance Expectations

• Performances should enhance the Belmont Brew House atmosphere: fun, welcoming, and community-driven
• Content must be appropriate for a mixed audience unless otherwise specified
• Volume levels should allow for guest conversation when appropriate
