Description
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests: Welcome guests to the taproom and make them feel comfortable
- Taking orders: Accurately take orders for food and drinks, and check back with guests
- Serving beer: Pour beer and serve it to guests in accordance with alcohol service guidelines
- Handling payments: Process payments and tender change
- Maintaining cleanliness: Keep the taproom clean, including tables, kegs, and taps
- Educating guests: Share knowledge about the brewery and craft beer industry
- Managing inventory: Ensure kegs, merchandise, and packaged products are consistently stocked
- Opening and closing: Set up and close down the taproom, including opening and closing kegs
- Handling special requests: Communicate with management to address issues and special requests
