Belloise Realty Vacation Rentals is looking for a new property management team member!

Description

Belloise Realty Vacation Rentals is one of the Clearwater Beach Area's largest property management companies. We specialise in vacation rentals, like homes listed on Airbnb or VRBO.


We are looking to grow our team with someone who has great oral and written communication skills, preferably with previous hospitality experience, and great computer skills.


We offer competitive pay and benefits. The starting wage for this position is $21/hr and can go up to $24/hr for someone with excellent experience in a related field. This position is not sales based and is not commission based!


A real estate license is not required.


Belloise Realty will offer on-site training for the position, so you will be confident using our full business suite of applications.


Job Requirements (Including But Not Limited To):

  • Computer savvy — Our entire business is online! We use several web applications to manage our properties and guest relations. Some programs include StreamlineVRS, Airbnb, VRBO, Google Sheets, Tawk.to, and OpenPhone.
  • Excellent communication skills — We communicate with our property owners and guests through email, text message, live chat, and phone calls. You be tasked with providing excellent guest support and assistance when necessary. This includes helping potential guests book a rental, and helping current guests with their existing reservations. Our ideal team member knows how to juggle between various methods of communication and can speak respectfully in a professional manor no matter the situation.
  • Negotiation skills — As we are a property management company, you will be tasked with obtaining quotes for various home maintenance items. Our property owners trust us to make the best choices for their investment home. One of the most important ways we do so is by finding the best contractor at the best price for any job required. You will be contacting local handy people for plumbing, electric, AC, pools, and more.
  • Organisation skills — We receive quotes and bills from our contractors which must be scanned and uploaded to our property management software, StreamlineVRS. Once uploaded, the bill or quote must be posted to the correct owner account. We also receive messages from both owners and guests which might require follow up. It is especially important that any item requiring payment or follow up is not forgotten.
  • This position requires personal transportation — We have two offices which need a staff member during business hours of 9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday. For office purposes, we are open to a hybrid remote employee, however, there are some tasks within our rental properties which will require you to physically travel to the site. Examples would be a contractor needs to be let into a home, or a maintenance project requires you to take images for the owner. There are also days where we might require you to be in the office.

Salary

$45,000 - $50,000 per year
