  A. Responsibilities

    1. Perform a variety of construction tasks

    2. Carpentry work

    3. Plumbing and electrical work

    4. General maintenance

    5. Drywall installation and repair

    6. Painting with machinery

    7. Tile installation and repair

    8. Renovation projects

    9. Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

    1. Experience in construction-related tasks

    2. Strong work ethic

    3. Problem-solving skills

    4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  C. Skills

    1. Carpentry skills

    2. Plumbing and electrical knowledge

    3. Tile installation and repair skills

    4. Drywall installation and repair skills

    5. Painting with machinery experience

    6. Renovation experience

    7. General maintenance skills

    8. Attention to detail

    9. Time management skills

D. Schedule & Hours

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Holidays: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (as needed)
• Emergency On-Call: Some after-hours emergency on-call availability is required (rotating/as needed)
