**Job Title: Team Lead**

**Job Type: Part-Time**

**Location: Bella Rouge Venue**

**Salary Range: $15 - $20 per hour**

**Job Overview:**

As a Team Lead at WSW Events, LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup and takedown of Saturday weddings. You will lead a team of event staff to ensure that all aspects of the event are executed smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate with the Point of Contact to understand event setup and takedown requirements

- Lead a team of event staff in setting up the outdoor ceremony site, parking vehicles, and taking down of the ceremony site.

- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to event specifications

- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed

- Communicate effectively with the Point of Contact and team members to ensure a successful event

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in event setup and/or leadership role preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Must be available to work Saturdays

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
