Looking for a flexible part-time opportunity where you can work independently, enjoy some great perks, and set your schedule around your life?

Bella Lei Salon Spa is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to help keep our award-winning salon and spa looking its best!

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and has an eye for the little details that make a big difference.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for general cleaning and upkeep throughout our salon and spa, helping us maintain the high standards our guests and team have come to expect.

This position includes a minimum of two cleaning visits per week, with each visit typically taking 3–4 hours to complete.

Your responsibilities will include general cleaning of guest and employee areas, floors, restrooms, surfaces, and other areas throughout the facility. You'll also make a trip to Costco in Grafton approximately every other week to pick up beverages, cleaning supplies, and other salon essentials. This is a required part of the position, and a complimentary Costco membership is included!

All cleaning equipment and supplies are provided.

Flexible Hours That Work for You

One of the best perks of this position is the flexibility! Cleaning takes place outside our regular business hours, allowing you to choose a schedule that works around your other commitments.

Monday–Thursday : Before 9 AM or after 9 PM

Friday : After 6 PM

Saturday : After 3 PM

Sunday : Anytime outside scheduled business activities

Compensation & Perks

HOURLY PAY

$16.00 / hour

Part-time • Minimum two cleaning visits per week

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently. You should have some previous cleaning experience, a strong attention to detail, and take pride in a job well done.

We're looking for someone who can maintain a consistent cleaning schedule, complete the required biweekly Costco supply runs, and help ensure our salon and spa are always ready to welcome our guests.

Note: this is a full-employment position (not a 1099 subcontractor). We are not looking for a cleaning company.
