BehaviorWorks ABA (BehaviorWorks LLC) is a provider of Early ABA intervention. Provide clinic based intervention to children who have been diagnosed with autism and other neurological and developmental delays. The role of the Behavior Technician is to provide 1:1 sessions to children with autism in a program specifically designed for each child. The interventionist must integrate knowledge and capability to help the child develop social skills, play skills, language skills, attention skills, and self- help skills. Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist

BehaviorWorks ABA (BehaviorWorks LLC) is a provider of Early ABA intervention. Provide clinic based intervention to children who have been diagnosed with autism and other neurological and developmental delays. The role of the Behavior Technician is to provide 1:1 sessions to children with autism in a program specifically designed for each child. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist

  • BS/BA in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Speech Communication Disorders (preferred)
  • Experience working with children with autism or other disabilities (minimum of one year preferred)
  • Appropriate educational or training background in ABA
  • IN Driver’s License, reliable transportation and auto insurance
  • Proper background check and TB clearance
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of ABA intervention
  • Willingness to commute for home and community based programs

Job Duties

  • Provide best-practice ABA services for the clients served and comply with Ethics Guidelines
  • Collect program target data
  • Integrate ABA knowledge to develop social skills, play skills, language skills, attention skills, and self-help skills
  • Assist the clinical team with program development
  • Assist with interpreting and communicating with clients who are non-English speaking if you have any abilities regarding the client’s language
  • Accept specific feedback from BCBA supervisors
  • Adhere to high standards of professional behavior, including behavioral discussions grounded in scientific and professionally derived knowledge
  • Keep current all licenses and certifications
  • Comply with the requirements contained in the Company's Employee Handbook and Operations Manual
  • Other duties as assigned
