We are currently recruiting for Registered Behavior Technician jobs in Aurora.

What our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) jobs in Aurora offer:

• RBT Hourly Rate: $20-$25/hour (depending on experience), with performance-based raises and/or bonuses at 90 days, and annually.
• Denver-based company- Leadership is here in town, working alongside the team.
• Generous Time-off package: 8 holidays off, PTO actual system that gives up to 10 days annually (increases during time with company, up to 20 days annually). This is in addition to paid sick time and Covid time.

What you will do in our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) jobs in Aurora:

• Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential, graduating them to a more independent life in 18 months (on average).
• Under close supervision, run 40 targets at a time for your client, helping them master targets daily.
• Provide Early Intervention ABA therapy in a fun, modern, center-based center- equipped with 1,000 SQFT playground.
• Shape the minds of children in early childhood (ages 12 months to 6 years old)
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
• Work with some of Denver’s most talented ABA practitioners to help children master 100's of targets in a few months.
