Description

As our SLP, you will provide direct therapy and evaluations for children with a range of communication needs, including articulation, language delays, social communication, and AAC support. You’ll collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, educators, and caregivers to develop individualized treatment plans that foster meaningful progress across settings—home, school, and community.


Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct speech-language and communication evaluations

• Develop individualized speech and language goals based on assessment data

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions

• Collaborate with ABA and educational staff for integrated care

• Support families with training, home programming, and AAC guidance

• Document progress and maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and HIPAA standards

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and IEPs, as needed


Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

• Active Florida SLP license (or CFY with supervision availability)

• Pediatric experience preferred (ABA setting experience is a plus)

• Passionate about empowering neurodivergent learners and early intervention

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary

$28 - $45 per hour
