Position Title: Preschool Teacher (Inclusive Early Learning Program)

Location: BITS Preparatory Academy

Start Date: Summer Learning Program (06/01/26 with continuation into Fall School Year)

Employment Type: Part-Time (6:00am to 12:30pm -OR- 12:00pm to 6:30pm)

We are seeking a qualified, passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team for our Summer Learning Program, with continuation into the upcoming Fall school year.


Position Overview

The Preschool Teacher will lead a small classroom, implement developmentally appropriate instruction, and support students with diverse learning needs. This role works collaboratively with behavior staff and leadership to create a structured, nurturing environment.


Requirements

Candidates must have the following OR be willing to obtain within 90 days of employment:


  • FCCPC (Florida Child Care Professional Credential)
  • CDA (Child Development Associate)
  • RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
  • OR willingness to obtain required credentials within first 90 days


Responsibilities

  • Lead daily classroom instruction
  • Implement structured classroom routines
  • Support social-emotional development
  • Use positive behavior strategies
  • Collaborate with ABA staff and leadership
  • Maintain classroom organization and safety
  • Communicate with families professionally
  • Participate in summer program and transition into fall school year
  • Follow licensing and compliance requirements

Salary
