Job Title: BCBA, LPC, or LCSW – Full-Time/Part-Time Positions Available

Location: Torrington, CT & Statewide (In-Home, Community, and Center-Based Services)

Position Summary:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated BCBA, LPC, or LCSW professionals to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with flexible scheduling options. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients in their homes, in the community, or at our center, making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized treatment plans for clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide in-home, community-based, or center-based ABA services.
  • Supervise and guide a team of behavioral technicians (if applicable).
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform therapy approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree and licensure as a BCBA, LPC, or LCSW (required).
  • Medicaid credentialing or willingness to obtain it (preferred).
  • Ability to travel to client locations (50% travel preferred).
  • Passion for helping clients grow and achieve their goals.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule Options:

  • Flexible schedules, including weekday and weekend availability.

Work Locations:

  • Torrington-based center.
  • In-home and community-based services across the state of Connecticut.


Salary

$55 - $65 per hour
